His Childhood
William Anthony Parker was born in Bruges, in Belgium. His father, Tony Parker Senoir was an african americain played basketball at Loyola University Chicago. His mother, Pamela Firestone, was a Dutch model.
At the beginning, Parker was more interested in soccer, but after watching the evolution of Michael Jordan into a global basketball superstar, he changed his mind. Little Tony, as well as his two younger brothers, Terence and Pierre, naturally caught the basketball bug at a young age. After their parents divorce the boys went to live with their father and attended all of his games.

Parker was selected for the first time in his career an NBA All-Star for the 2005/06 season. His form propelled the Spurs to win-loss record and qualification for the 2006 NBA Playoffs. However, the Spurs were again unable to win back-to-back titles as they were eliminated in the second round.
Tony parker earns much money in 2005 when he sign his new contract with the Spurs for six years. His salary was estimated at $66 millions. For his performances, he was named the 2007 NBA Finals MVP, becoming the first European-born player to receive the award.
